Hi there— I’m Margaret Honeycutt, an artist and teacher living in the Bay Area of Northern California. Before I became an artist, I went to culinary school and cooked at San Francisco restaurants. Then dot com years pulled me into project + product management roles and teaching the practice of innovation design thinking.

I feel grateful for those years learning to work with other people, how to create complex workflows, and how to teach.

When I’m not teaching Illustrated Travel Journal Classes, I love to sell my art at pop up events, grow vegetables, make jam + pickles, and fix clothes with visible mending.
